RETURNS & ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
At Perfect Fifth Collective (P5C), each release is intentional and produced in limited quantities. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed, except in cases where the issue is a result of our error (see below).
Please review all product details, sizing information, and order confirmation carefully before completing your purchase.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS & ORDER ERRORS (OUR FAULT)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault, we will:

Replace the item or

Offer store credit or

Issue a refund at our discretion
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be eligible.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be returned to the sender.
Do not ship anything back unless instructed by P5C support.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstance:

Items that show signs of wear or use
EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
